Online ordering is simple and secure, all major credit and debit cards are accepted, and you may return your jewellery for any reason - see the guarantee below.

Payment Security

Transactions are processed using the WorldPay or PayPal online payment systems - you can choose which you prefer.

PayPal and WorldPay – both highly respected payment services – ensure all transactions are completely secure by processing payments via secure servers and encrypting your credit card details. Please see the privacy policy for more information.

Ordering Process

After an item is in your shopping bag you can view it by clicking the 'Shopping Bag' symbol which will appear at the top of the page. You may alter the order by changing the number of items and clicking ‘Update’. You can also ‘Remove’ any item from the shopping bag.

Once you are ready to proceed, click on the ‘Checkout’ button, you will then be able to choose your preferred payment method. On placing an order through the website you will recieve an email confirmation-receipt of your order.

Note that it is quicker and easier to make a purchase if you first create an account.

All items are sent using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (guaranteed and insured) and signature is required on receipt. Delivery within the UK is £6.00 per order. When your order is dispatched you will be notified of this by e-mail with the Royal Mail tracking reference number.

All jewellery comes in elegant black contemporary "Daniela Dobesova" jewellery boxes. These are carefully packed to ensure the contents are not damaged in transit.

We hope you will understand that to enjoy the benefits of acquiring a unique and beautifully designed piece made in very small numbers, or in some cases as a 'one-of-a-kind', may sometimes require a little patience. Occasionally it is worth waiting for something really special!

As each item of jewellery is individually hand made and items not currently in stock are made to order especially for you, this means the dispatch cannot be always arranged immediately.

The current timing for each piece is indicated on its individual product page:

  • When an item is in stock the delivery is up to three days - in most cases it will be with you the next day
  • For pieces made to order it is generally 2-4 weeks. In this case Daniela will telephone or email (if you prefer) you within 24 hours to confirm the full details and delivery date. Following that you will also be kept up-to-date by email or phone with progress. You can indicate in the 'Payment Details' message box on the 'Checkout Summary' page how you prefer to be kept informed.

If for any reason you are not happy when you receive your jewellery, simply return it for a full refund or to exchange it for something else. For full details of the returns policy please see the terms and conditions.
